University emails can be accessed conveniently in a browser through the Outlook Web App (OWA).
Access URL: https://webmail.hs-pforzheim.de/
Using it is simple:
- Open the website in your browser.
- Sign in with your university account.
- After successful login, you are redirected directly to your mailbox.
The Outlook Web App works similarly to the classic Outlook desktop app. You can:
- read, write, and manage emails
- create and organize folders
- view your calendar and manage appointments
- manage contacts
No separate setup is required for the web version. Signing in through the browser is sufficient.
