Menu and Prices
The current menu is published on the Studierendenwerk Karlsruhe website (not a university portal). Direct link: https://www.sw-ka.de/de/hochschulgastronomie/speiseplan/mensa_tiefenbronner/
Important: Always select “Mensa Tiefenbronner Straße”. Otherwise, you may see the menu of a different location.
On the website, you can:
- view the current menu
- compare prices for students, staff, and guests
- check information on ingredients and allergens
On-Site Offerings
The cafeteria and coffee bar at Pforzheim University offer a wide range of:
- hot lunch dishes
- snacks
- beverages
- coffee specialties
The “Chicco di Caffè” bar also invites you to relax and stay. The lunch offerings change weekly and are published online.
Payment and Credit
Payment is made with the student ID card (cafeteria card). You can add credit:
- at terminals in the cafeteria entrance area
- at the terminal in building W1 (next to the snack machines at the end of the hallway)
Autoload Function
With autoload, the cafeteria card is automatically recharged at the cafeteria or coffee bar checkout when the balance falls below a certain amount. You also get an overview of your spending. More information is available at Studierendenwerk Karlsruhe.
