Printing, Copying, and Scanning

Multifunction devices are available across campus for printing, copying, and scanning.

• Printing is possible from PC labs and from your own Windows laptops.
• Mac devices are currently not supported.
• You can scan to:
  • your university email address,
  • a USB drive,
  • or your personal university storage.

Activate Your Printing Account

To use the university printing and copying system, you must activate your printing account once. Activation is done by logging in at a multifunction device on campus.

Add Credit to Printing Account

You need credit on your printing account for printing and copying. You can add credit at designated top-up terminals:

• Tiefenbronner Straße 65 - lobby W1
• Holzgartenstraße

Printing Prices

Expiration of Unused Units

Your printing credit is linked to your university account and can be used throughout your studies. After the university account expires (for example after exmatriculation), unused printing credits expire. A payout of remaining credit is not possible.
