Adobe Creative Cloud

On many university computers in PC and Mac labs, you can use Adobe Creative Cloud software. If the software you need is not available on lab computers, contact the responsible lab supervisors in your faculty directly or use the Service Desk ticket system.

Since version 2019, using Adobe Creative Cloud software on university computers requires authentication with Adobe Cloud. This means a login dialog appears when starting software (for example Photoshop). You can sign in with your university account. Due to data protection requirements, your active consent is required. You can request account activation through the Campus IT ticket system. Please note the provided data protection information.

Request Form

Please review the data protection information first. If you agree, click Create to submit your request for Adobe CC activation. All further actions run automatically. Your Adobe login credentials should be available within 24 hours.

You cannot use university Adobe Creative Cloud licenses on private computers. For that, you need your own license. Adobe offers discounted student licenses; details are available on the Adobe website.
